1. Organizing education and teaching that is oriented towards achieving the profile of graduates as government academics and government practitioners.
2. Organizing research in the field of government directed at the study of village and regional governments with research publications on a global scope
3. Organizing community service based on community empowerment in villages and regions
4. Organizing the tri dharma of higher education in the frame of dakwah islamiyah
5. Building a network of cooperation with partner universities, industry, society, government at local, national and international levels to obtain competent graduate profiles
